I, Ella Easton, of the Village of Shabbona, in the County of DeKalb and State of Illinois, being of lawful age and of sound mind and memory, do hereby make, publish, ordain and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, in manner and form following, hereby revoking any and all former Wills by me at any time made.
First:  It is my will and direction that all of my just debts and funeral expenses be first fully paid and discharged.
Second:  I give and bequeath to my beloved husband, Daniel Beaston, all of my personal property of every kind and nature, including money in hand, or in Bank; Certificates of Deposit; Notes; Bonds and Stocks, which I may own at the time of my death, as and for his own, absolutely, including Postal Savings Account.
Third:  I give and devise to my said husband a life estate in my home in the Village of Shabbona, DeKalb County, Illinois, described as follows:
Lots numbered Seven (7) and Eight (8) in Block Number One (1) in Bouslough’s addition to the Village of Shabbona, as surveyed and platted by S. t. Armstrong in September, 1905, and recorded in the Recorder’s Office in sycamore, Illinois as shown in deed from Rose E. Johnson and husband to me, dated April 15th, 1919, and recorded in the Recorder’s Office of DeKalb County, Illinois, in Book 122 of Deeds, page 548.
And at the death of my husband I give and devise the above real estate equally to my three children.
Provided:  That in case I dispose of the above property during my lifetime, and acquire a new home, my husband is to have a life estate in my new home, wherever it may be located, and at his death the same to be divided equally among my three children.
Fourth:  I give and devise to my husband the following described real estate situated in the City of Aurora, Kane County, Illinois;
Lot Number Four (4) of Block number (4) Washington Heights Addition to the City of Aurora, as per Plat of same on record in the Recorder’s office of said Kane County, State of Illinois, at Geneva, Kane County, Illinois, as shown in deed from John H. Loucks to me, dated December 1st, 1921, and recorded in the Recorder’s Office of Kane County, Illinois, in Book 687 on page 511.
Fifth:  I give and devise to my said husband my One Half interest in the following described real estate, situated in the County of Howell and State of Missouri.
All of the North Half of the South West quarter of section Three (3) in Township Twenty-six (26) North, of Range Nine (9) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, in Missouri, containing Eighty (80) acres, be the same more or less, according to the United States Government Survey, as shown in deed from William Dealey and wife to Daniel Beaston and Ella Beaston, dated October 4th, 1905 and recorded in the Recorder’s Office of Howell County, Missouri, in Book 93, at page 448.
Lastly, I nominate and appoint my husband, Daniel Beaston, sole Executor of this my Last Will and Testament, without Bonds.
