Will
I, Hilge Buer, of the Village of Lee, County of DeKalb and State of Illinois, being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make and declare this to be my last will and testament.
First:- It is my will and I hereby direct that all my just debts, including funeral expenses, shall first be paid.
Second:- All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate be the real, personal or mixed and wheresoever found or situated, I give, bequeath and devise to my beloved wife, Annie Buer to be hers forever.
Third:- I hereby nominate and appoint my said wife executrix of this my Last Will and Testament, and it is my wish that she shall be appointed as such without giving any other than her personal bond as such executrix.
Given under my hand and seal this 25 day if October, A.D. 1915.
