Will
The last Will and Testament of Charles C. Butler of the town of Shabbona, County of DeKalb and State of Illinois and now temporarily residing in the town of Sardinea County of Erie and State of New York, I, Charles C. Butler considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind and memory do make3 and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following, that i9s to say.
First. Disposes of other land than Caption hereof.
Second:- I give and devise 80 acres of land being the West ½ of the North East ¼ of Section 28 in the said Town of Shabbona, and being further known as the west half of the above devised to Ozias unto my brothers John Joseph and Seth unto their heirs and assigns forever equally between them to be divided or sold as they may see fit and proper.
Remainder of will disposes of other property.
And I do also hereby appoint Ozias Butler my brother and Charles J. Quinn as Executors to settle my estate of which I declare this my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 9th day of March in the year of our Lord A. D. 1865 and also hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
