Dec.27th, 1932.  Will filed, and on Jan 24th, 1933, duly probated and admitted to record.

WILL
In the Name of God, Amen
I, Edward Byro, of the Town of Milan, Dekalb County, Illinois, being of sound mind and memory, and in fairly good health, do make =, publish and declare this to be my last will and Testament, in manner and form as follows:-
FIRST:  It is my will that all just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid.
SECOND:  I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Emily Byro, all my property, both real and personal and wheresoever situated, and of every kind and class, name and nature, to have and to hold the same for and during her natural life.
THIRD:  All the rest, residue3 and remainder of my property, both real and personal, and of every kind and character, name and nature, subject to the life estate of my wife, I give, devise and bequeath unto my five sons, namely, Oliver Byro, Bertel E. Byro, Severt T. Byro, Alfred Byro and Arthur Byro, share and share alike, unto their heirs and assigns forever.
LASTLY:  I nominate and appoint my son Severt T. Byro, to be the executor of this my last will and testament, and I direct that he be not required to furnish any surety on his bond, and that his individual bond be accepted.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF:  I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 4th day of December, A.A. 1930.

Edward Byro died on December 17th, 1932.
Noted:  Oliver Byro departed life on January 20, 1932, leaving surviving children Alma Byro, Ralph Byro, Raymond Byro, and Lyle Byro – minors.
