WILL
I, John J. Erbes, of Dekalb County and State of Illinois, do hereby make, publish and declare as and for my last will and testament as follows:
First: I give and bequeath and devise all my property, real, personal or mixed to my wife, Carrie Erbes, absolutely in fee simple forever. My property consists of one house and lot in the Village of Lee, Ill., a barber shop with fixtures and pool tables, also an interest in my deceased father’s estate in Lee County, Ill.
Second: I nominate and appoint my wife, Carrie Erbes, as executrix of this my last will and testament in witness whereof, I have hereunto affixed my hand and seal this tenth day of December A.D. 1928.
