WILL

            I, Alwilda J. Hayer, of the Village of Lee, in the County of DeKalb and state of Illinois, being of sound mind and memory, do hereby declare this to be my Last Will and Testament; all former wills by me made are hereby revoked.

            FIRST:  It is my will that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid.

            SECOND:  I give, bequeath and devise to my husband, Hans Hayer, all the rest, residue and remainder of my property, be the same personal, real or mixed, of whatsoever kind or character, and wheresoever found or situated.

            THIRD:  I hereby nominate my said husband, Hans Hayer, sole executor of this my Last Will and Testament, and it is my express wish and desire that he shall not be required by the Court to furnish any bond as such executor.
