In the Name of God. Amen
I Amond Hillison of the Town of Willow Creek in the County of lee and State of Illinois of the age of 75 years, and being of sound mind and memory, do make publish and declare this my last t will and testament, in the manner following;
- I give and bequeath to Amanda Hillison One thousand Dollars, to Thomas Ewald One Thousand Dollars, to Julia Marie One Thousand Dollars, to Hilda Margretha One Thousand Dollars, which said several legacies or sums of money I direct and order to be paid to the said respective legatees, within one year after my wife’s decease, that is to say, I want my beloved wife to have the sole use of above legacies as long as she lives and at her demise than the several amounts to be paid.
Lastly I give and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my personal estate, goods and chattels of what mature or kind soever, to my wife Ingebor Hillison whom I hereby appoint sole Executrix of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
In witness Whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal this 4th day of February in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety six.
