Fred W. Husk
May 29th, 1935. Will admitted to probate and ordered recorded.
“Last Will and Testament”
I, Fred W. Husk, of Batavia, in the County of Kane and State of Illinois, being of sound mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make, ordain, publish and declare, this to be my last Will and Testament:
I give, devise and bequeath all property, both real and personal of whatever description, of which I shall be possessed at the date of my death, to my wife, Harriet H. Husk, for disposition in any way she may see fit.
Lastly, I nominate and appoint Harriet H. Husk, of Batavia, Illinois, to be Executrix of this, my last Will and Testament.
I hereby revoke all former Wills and Codicils by me made.
In Witness Whereof, I have hereto subscribed my name, this 23 day of January in the year of Our Lord, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Eighteen.
Fred W. Husk (Seal)
This instrument was on the day of the date thereof, signed, published and declared by the said testator Fred W. Husk to be his last Will and Testament, in the presence of us who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other, have subscribed our names hereto as witnesses.
