Charles A. Johnson, deceased:                                        In Probate.  Estate Number 3602.

January 12th, 1933.        Petition of Clara E. Johnson for Letters of Administration filed, representing that said Charles A. Johnson, late of the County of DeKalb, departed this life at Shabbona, Illinois, in said county, on or about December 11th, 1932, intestate and seized and possessed of real estate consisting of house and lot in the Village of Shabbona, DeKalb County, Illinois, and personal property estimated to be worth about $3500.00.

That said deceased left surviving him Clare E. Johnson, his widow, and Frank F. Johnson, Ada M. Houghtby, Mildred E. Suddeth and Mary E. Flewellin, his children, as heirs.

Petitioner, being the widow of said deceased, prays that Letters of Administration be granted to Frank F. Johnson.  Subscribed and sworn to before a Notary Public.

Jan. 12th, 1933.  Proof of Heirship filed and testimony heard in open court, from which the court finds that said Charles A. Johnson was married once onl7y, which marriage was to Clara E. Greenfield.

Of said marriage the following children were born:  Jessie Johnson, Frank F. Johnson, Ada M. Johnson, now by marriage Ada M. Houghtby, Mildred E. Johnson, now by marriage Mildred E. Suddeth, Mary E. Johnson, now by marriage Mary E. Flewellin; that the said Jessie Johnson died in infancy of the age of ten months, many years ago.

And that said Charles A. Johnson died leaving Clara E. Johnson as his widow, and leaving Frank F. Johnson, Ada M. Houghtby, Mildred E. Suddeth and Mary E. Flewellin his children and sole and only heirs at law.

From examination of the files and record in the matter of the estate of Clara E. Johnson, deceased, in DeKalb County County Court, in Probate, Estate Number 4238, we find that she died November 25th, 1936, intestate, leaving surviving her no husband, and leaving Frank F. Johnson, Ada M. Houghtby, Mildred E. Suddeth and Mary F. Flewellin, her children, as heirs.
