December 23, 1950,  Will filed, and duly probated and admitted to record.

            I, Ole L. Jordal of the Village of Lee, County of Lee and State of Illinois being of lawful age and of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last will and Testament hereby revoking any and all Wills and Codicils to Wills heretofore made by me.

  1. I direct all of my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my executor hereinafter named as soon as it is convenient after my death.
  2. I hereby give and bequeath all of my personal property to my wife, Lizzie Jordal, Absolutely.
  3. I hereby give and devise to my wife, Lizzie Jordal my farm in the Township of Alto the County of Lee, which is more fully described as follows:

            The southeast Quarter of Section Thirteen (13) in Township Thirty-nine (39) N. Range Two (2) East situated in the County of Lee, and State of Illinois, during her life and from and after her death to my two sons, Milo I. Jordal and Oden B. Jordal to them and their heirs forever in equal shares as tenants in common.

  1. I hereby nominate and appoint my son, Milo I. Jordal as executor of this my Last will and Testament but in case he shall die or fail to act, I appoint my son, Oden B. Jordal as my Executor to act in his place and stead and request that neither of them shall be requested to furnish Bond as such Executor.

            In Witness where of, I have Hereunto set my hand and seal this 29th day of March A.D. 1948.
