LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, Amanda L. Kriete, of the City of sandwich, County of De Kalb and State of Illinois, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, and realizing the uncertainties of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make, ordain, publish and declare this instrument to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all Wills by me heretofore made.
First: I order and direct that my Executrix, herein after named, pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my death as conveniently may be.
Second: After the payment of my debts, as aforesaid, I give and bequeath unto my uncle, Albert O. Hoepner, all of the articles of furniture and household furnishings contained in my home, to him, to have and hold, forever.
Third: After the bequest set forth in Clause (2) hereof, I give, devise and bequeath all of my property, whether the same be read, personal or mixed, and wheresoever the same may be situated, unto my Mother, Caroline Tiede, my sister, Bertha Tiede Price, my brother George G. Tiede, my sister, Aileen Grace Tiede, and my uncle, Albert O. Hoepner, to them to have and to hold forever, share and share alike. If my said Mother, Caroline Tiede, should die before I do, then and in that event her share, hereinbefore set forth shall be divided equally among my sister, Bertha Tiede Price, my brother George G. Tiede, my sister, Aileen Grace Tiede, and my uncle, Albert O. Hoepner.
Lastly, I nominate my sister, Bertha Tiede Price to be the Executrix of this, my Last Will and Testament, and I request and direct that no surety be required on her official bond as such Executrix.
