WILL
I, Frank A. LaPorte, Jr. a resident of Marion, Alabama, and over the age of twenty-one years, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make and publish this my last Will and Testament, revoking all former wills which may have been made at anytime heretofore by me.
-1- I will that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid by my executrix, hereinafter named as soon after my decease as practicable.
-2- All property of every kind and description, real, mixed, and personal, which I may own, or to which I may be entitled to at the time of my death, I give, bequeath and devise to my beloved wife, Hilda M. La Porte, to be held by her absolutely and without condition.
-3- I nominate and appoint my said wife, Hilda LaPorte, the executrix of this my last Will and Testament, and I exempt her from giving bond as such executrix. I do further exempt my said executrix from filing am inventory or making any report or final settlement of my estate.
