WILL
In the Name of God, Amen, I, Eunice Nicholson, of the Town of Paw Paw, in the County of DeKalb and state of Illinois, of the age of sixty-seven years and being of sound mind and memory do make, publish and declare this is my last Will and Testament in the matter that is to say:
First: – I give and bequeath to my son Fredrick Nicholson, his heirs and assigns, that tract or parcel of land situated in the Town of Paw Paw and the County of DeKalb and State of Illinois, the northwest ¼ of the Northwest ¼ pf Section Twenty-two, Township thirty-seven North, Range Three East of the Third P. M. together with all the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining, to have and to hold the said premises above described to the said Fremont Nicholson, his heirs and assigns forever.
I hereby appoint Robert Hampton as my executor of this my last will and testament, herby revoking all former wills by me made.
