In the Name of God Amen.

I Michael O’Connell of the Town of Shabbona in the County of DeKalb and State of Illinois of the age of Fifty seven years and being of sound mind and memory do make publish and declare this my last will and testament in manner following, that is to say:

First:- I give and bequeath to my friend Edward O’Neill now residing in the Town of Blackstone, State of Massichusetts the sum of Four Hundred $400.00 Lawful money.

Second:-  After all my just debts are paid, I give and bequeath to my neice Mary C. Murthe all the rest residue and remainder of my estate Real and personal of whatsoever kind.

And Lastly:- I do hereby nominate and appoint Mary C. Murthe Sole executrix of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.

In testimony I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Eight day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eighty five.

The above instrument consist8ing of one sheet of paper beside two lines with signature on this sheet was at the date thereof signed, sealed published and declared by the said Michael O’Connell as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other signed our names thereto as attesting witnesses
