Will
In the Name of God Amen.
I, Ole Oleson of Shabbona in the County of De Kalb and State of Illinois being of sound mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament.
First—I order and direct that my Executor hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
Second—After payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequest the following described tracts of land, described as follows, Commencing at a point Thirty-two (32) rods west of the North-east corner of the South half of the South half of the North West Quarter of Section Fifteen (15), Township Thirty-eight North Range Three (3), East of the #d P.M. Running thence West Twenty-five and one-half rods to a stone, on a line between Isaac AkBalds land and land formerly owned by Mike Malone, thence South sixteen (16) rods, Thence east Twenty five and one half rods., Thence north sixteen rods to the place of beginning, containing Two and one half acres of land more or less, see Record of Deeds of DeKalb Co. Vol.96 Page 439, also a tract of land described as follows, Commencing at a point Fourteen (14) chains and forty-five (45) links west of the north-east corner of the south half the south half of the north west quarter of Section Fifteen (15) Township Thirty-eight (38) North Range Three (3) East of the 3d P.M. Running hence west Four (4) chains, thence south to within two rods of the Chicago and Iowa Rail Road thence east four (4) chains , thence north to the place of beginning, containing three acres of land. See records of Deeds of DeKalb County, Ills. Vol. 96, Page 243, – All of the above lands I give and bequeath to my Daughter Mary Oleson Jacobson, to my son Hans Olson, and to my Daughter Anna Severson Olson, to be divided between them in the following manner, to-wit: In (5) five equal parts it shall be divided, Two parts which I give to my said daughter Mary, Two parts to my said Son Hans, and one part to my said daughter Anna.
Also I give, devise and bequeath to my said daughter Mary O. Jacobson, to my said son Hans Oleson , and my said Daughter Anna S. Oleson the following described parcel of land.- The West Forty three (43) feet of Lot No. (5) Five and all of Lot No. Six (6) of the block No. Three(30 in “Sherwoods” addition to the Village of Shabbona, to be divided between them equally share and share alike.
Lastly – I make, constitute and appoint Reuben Challand to be the Executor of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.

Ole Oleson who was, at the time of his death, a resident of the County of DeKalb and State of Illinois departed this life at Shabbona in DeKalb County, State of Illinois on June 7th, 1907.
