Dec. 17th,  1907.   Will filed.  Admitted to Probate and ordered recorded Feb. 10th, 1908.

Will

I, Julia Olson of the Village of Lee in the County of DeKalb and State of Illinois being of sound mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament.

First.  I order and direct that my Executor hereinafter named pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.

Second: – After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter Josephine Lot 5 Block 8 also 51/2 feet wide and 75 feet long running North along the East side of Lot 4 Block 8 all of the Village of Lee, County of De Kalb State of Illinois.

The residue of my property, moneys and chattels whatsoever shall be divided equally among my heirs hereinafter named, my sons John B. Olson, Ole B. Olson (unmarried), my daughters Mary Travelin, Josephine Olson (unmarried) and Anna Fray.

Also my grandchildren viz:

John B. Olson’s child or children, Barny B. Olson’s (deceased) child or children, Mary Travelin’s child or children, Anna Frey’s child or children, Julia Tysdal’s (deceased) child or children.

Lastly I nominate and appoint John B. Olson of the Village of Lee, Lee County, Illinois to be executor of this my last Will and Testament.

I herby revoke all former wills and codicils by me made.

In Witness Whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name, this 2nd day of January, in the year of our Lord, One thousand Nine Hundred and five.

Julia Olson died on December 7th, 1907.

Josephine Olson sold the Land on January 3rd, 1913
