WILL
I, Ellen Quinn of the Town of Shabbona, in the County of DeKalb and State of Illinois, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my last will and testament, in the manner following, that is to say:
First: I give devise and bequeath, from the proceeds of my real estate or other property of which I may die possessed, and which I direct to be sold at the hiest possible price and within a reasonable time after my decease, after my just debts are paid, to my daughter Catherine Quinn the sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars which sum I wish her to have more than any of my other children.
Second: I give devise and bequeath the remainder of my property equally share and share alike between my daughter Anna Downey Catherine Quinn, Mary Vernell, and my son John Quinn, and upon the death of my daughter Catherine Quinn the remainder of her share if there be any to revert to my other before mentioned children in equal parts.
It is also my wish that the remains of my daughter Catherine Quinn upon her death be brought to and interred in the family lot in the Catholic cemetery near the Village of Lee in the town of Shabbona, County of DeKalb, State of Illinois.

CODICIL
Attached to and made a part of my last will and testament dated the third day of October, A.D. Nineteen Hundred and Eight.
I bequeath to the Parish Priest of the Saint James Church, of Lee, Illinois, the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00), for masses for the repose of my soul.
