Last Will and Testament
I, Patrick Quinn, of village of Lee, in the County of Lee and State of Illinois being of sound mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament.
First, I order and direct that my Executrix hereinafter named pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
Second: I give, devise and bequeath unto my wife Ellen Quinn all real estate, moneys and personal property whatsoever, with exceptions as follows, viz:
Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars to be expended for monument.
Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars for masses for myself.
Lastly, I nominate and appoint Ellen Quinn to be Executrix of this, my last Will and Testament.
I hereby revoke all former wills and codicils by me made.
In Witness Whereof, I have hereto subscribed my name this 19th. day of September, in the year of our Lord One thousand Nine Hundred and five.
