Will

I, William Rust, of East Paw Paw, DeKalb County, Illinois, of the age of 76 years and being of sound mind and memory do hereby make, publish, ordain and declare this to be my last will and Testament in manner and form following:-

First:- It is my Will and direction that all of my just debts and funeral expenses be first fully paid and discharged.

Second:- I give, devise and bequeath all of my property real and personal to my niece, Carrie White, of Nashville, Chautauqua County, New York.

Third:- I nominate and appoint my friend, F. E. Rogers, of Paw Paw, Illinois, Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills be me made. 

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 20th. day of May, 1909.

The above instrument was, on the day of the date thereof, signed, sealed, published, and declared by the said Testator, William Rust, as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us, who, at his request, and in his presence, and in the presence of each other, have subscribed our names as witnesses hereto, believing the said Testator to be of sound mind and memory, and under no undue influence.
