August 14th, 1889. Will filed admitted to Probate and ordered recorded.
-:Will:-
I, Harrison Spears of the Town of PawPaw in the County of DeKalb and State of Illinois of the age of Seventy-one years, and by the Will of God being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, in the manner and form as follows: to wit.
1st. After paying all legal debts by me contracted and all necessary funeral expenses at my death. I will and bequeath to my wife Sarah Spears the use of all of my Real and Personal Estate during her natural life and at her death.
2nd. I will and bequeath to Malvina Griffith my daughter my West Forty (the North East of the North West of Section 10,) except what the Railroad may take. Also one half of the personal property if any at the time of Sarah Spears death.
3rd. I will and bequeath to Zina Spears my son East Forty, (North West of the North East Section 10,) also one half of the Personal property if any at the time of Sarah Spears, death.
In witness whereof I Harrison Spears to this my last will and Testament have hereunto set my hand and seal this sixth day of November A. D. 1884.
