Will
I, Dorinda E. Thompson, being of sound mind, memory and understanding do make and publish this instrument as and for and hereby declare the same to be my last Will and Testament, in manner and form following, that is to say:
1. After the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses I give, devise and bequeath all my estate whether real or personal and of whatever name or nature to my son, Sidney Welles Thompson to be his absolutely and forever.
II. I do hereby make, constitute and appoint my said son executor of this my last will and testament giving him full power to sell and convey real estate and make good and sufficient deeds thereof.
III. I hereby revoke any and all wills by me made.
In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 29th. day of October, A. D. one thousand eight hundred and ninety nine.
