Last Will and Testament of Robert W. Todd
I, Robert W. Todd, of the Town of Shabbona, in the County of DeKalb and State of Illinois, being of sound mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore, make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament, to-wit:
First, I order and direct my executrix hereinafter named, to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
Second, After the payments of such debts and funeral expenses, I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Neva Maud Todd, all the rest, residue and remainder of my property, be the same real, personal or mixed, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD in fee simple absolute, hereby giving to her, my said wife, absolute ownership thereof.
Third, I hereby nominate and appoint my said wife Neva Maud Todd, to be the executrix of this my last will and testament, and it is my desire that she be not required to give any bond or security as such executrix, the same being hereby waived.
I hereby revoke all and any former wills or codicils by me made.
In witness Whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal this 25th day of March, A. D. 1931.

This instrument was on the day of the date thereof, signed, sealed, published and declared by the testator, Robert W. Todd, as and for his last will and testament, in our presence, and we, at his request, in his presence and in the presence of each other, have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.
