WILL
I, William Todd, of the township of Shabbona, County of DeKalb, and State of Illinois, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make my last Will and Testament, in the manner and form following, that is to say:
First: It is my will that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid.
Second: I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Gusty Todd, all my property, real, personal or mixed and wheresoever situate, for her comfortable maintenance and support, to have and to hold for and during her natural life.
Third: On the death of my said wife, Gusty Todd, I give, devise and bequeath all my property, real, personal or mixed and wheresoever situate, to my children or their descendents, share and share alike and to their heirs and assigns forever.
Lastly, I do nominate and appoint my friend, Adam C. Cliffe, to be executor of this my last Will and Testament.
