Jan. 25th, 1864. Petition of Giles M. Alexander for Probate of Will and Letters of Administration with Will annexed file representing that William White died on or about Jan. 7th., 1864 testate and seized of real and personal property.
That said testator in his said last Will nominated and appointed no person as Executor thereof.
Prays that Letters of Administration with Will annexed may issue to him etc.

I, William White of the State of Illinois and County of DeKalb born in the State of New York in Pokippsee County 1791 January 20th in a good state of mind not very well in body having now deliberated upon the shortness of human life and the certainty 9of death I make my last Will and Testament.
Item First: I give and bequeathe my real estate to my four sons namely Hiram, Theodores, Allen and Benjamin equally all of which will be found described in my deeds recorded in the County records at Sycamore.
Item 2: All my personal property shall be appraised and divided between my five daughters namely Rhoda, Phebe, Elnora, Mahala and Rachel equally.
Given under my hand and seal this 2d of January, One Thousand Eight Hundred and sixty-four.
