I, Thomas B. Lucas of the Town of Shabbona in the County of DeKalb and State of Illinois, of the age of 52 years and being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my last will and testament that is to say:
I give and bequeath to my wife, Jeannie Lucas, all my Real and Personal Property that I now own of all kinds and nature and I hereby appoint my wife, Jeannie Lucas, sole Executrix of this my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twelfth day of September A.D. One Thousand Eight-hundred and Ninety-five.
