In the Name of God, Amen.  I, Henry S. Dickinson of the Town of Paw Paw in the County of DeKalb and State of Illinois of the age of seventy seven years and being of sound mind and memory do make and publish and declare this my last will and testament in the manner following that is to say:

First:-  I give and bequeath to  my wife Nancy S. Dickinson all my real and personal estate goods and chattels of what nature or kind soever, whom I hereby appoint sole Executrix without bonds of this mi (sic) last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former wills be me made.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 7th day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and ten 1910.

Sept. 12th., 1911.        Petition of Nancy S. Dickinson for Probate of Will and Letters Testamentary file representing that Henry S. Dickinson died on or about July 16th., 1911, testate, and seized of real and personal property.

That he left surviving him Nancy S. Dickinson his widow and Ellen Flint, Silas F. Dickinson, Elizabeth Porter, Ed Dickinson and Nancy S. Dickinson as his only heirs ar law and legatees.

Prays that Letters may issue to her, etc.
