WILL
In the name of God, Amen: I, John Heaton of the City of Aurora in the County of Kane and State of Illinois of the age of Sixty-one years, and being of sound mind and memory do make, publish and declare this my last will and testament, in the manner following that is to say:
First, I give and bequeath to my wife Julia Heaton, the use of all my real and personal estate during her natural life, provided she remains my widow and unmarried. In case that my wife Julia marries after my death, I give and bequeath to my said Julia Heaton, Lot No. Ten (10) in Block No. Twenty (20) in Gales Addition to West Aurora, to be accepted together with the use of my real and personal estate as aforesaid and received by her in lieu of dower. At the death of my wife Julia or if she marries after my death, at such marriage, I give and bequeath to my son William Heaton the sum of ten dollars, and the rest, residue and remainder of all my real and personal estate I give and bequeath to my sons Richard Heaton and Joseph Edward Heaton and my daughter Julis Heaton to be divided equally between them share and share alike. And lastly I appoint my wife Julia Heaton sole executrix of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.
