WILL
I, Sarah E. Helm of Shabbona, DeKalb County, Illinois, hereby make, publish and declare this my last will and Testament.
First: – I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses.
Second: – I give and bequeath unto my husband Wellington Helm all of my household goods and furniture; incase he should not survive me I give and bequeath same to my sisters.
Third: – All the rest of my estate real and personal I give and bequeath to my said husband for life.
Fourth: – Upon the death of my said husband and the termination of his life estate I give , and devise and bequeath all of my estate real and personal to the children of my sisters Ida. M. Sherwood and Lilly A. Ladd or the survivors of them share and share alike whether they be children of the one or the other.
Fifth: – I appoint my said husband Wellington Helm and my brother–in-law Henry Sherwood, Executors of this my Will and I direct that they not be required to give bonds.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 16th day of July 1895.
